HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?

We accept payment via PayGate, Peach Payments.

Please note that you do not need a PayGate account to pay via PayGate. PayGate users can pay with Master and/or Visa Card. Peach Payments will process Visa, Masters.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping within South Africa is free. For queries regarding international shipping please send an email to hello@pause-apparel.com

HOW WILL MY PAUSE APPAREL ITEM BE SHIPPED?

We ship your order by courier only.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING TO TAKE PLACE?

We ship the same day if we receive the order before 14:00 after that one business day after your order has been received.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Your order should arrive 2 to 3 business days after it was shipped (destination dependent). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details immediately after your order was shipped so, there is no need to wonder about your order - you can track it yourself.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive a “shipped” notification email with package ID and tracking details so you can track your shipment online.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been shipped from our facility. Please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

If your order is lost or damaged, we will file a claim on your behalf with the courier service. If you send us a package, you are responsible to insure the package.
